By creating an account on AI Brand Radar (aibradar.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of aibradar.com.
AI Brand Radar is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that monitors brand visibility in AI-generated responses from large language models including ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity. The service provides visibility scores, competitor analysis, and content recommendations.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. You may not create accounts for others without their consent.
You agree not to: • Use the service to monitor brands you do not own or have explicit authorization to monitor • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications • Circumvent any rate limits or access restrictions • Use the service for any illegal purpose under applicable law
Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown in EUR inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of payment if the service did not function as described. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
The AI Brand Radar software, design, and brand are the property of the operator. Content you submit (brand names, prompts, configurations) remains your property. Analysis results generated by the service are yours to use freely.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI visibility scores are accurate, complete, or representative of all AI model behavior. AI model outputs are non-deterministic and may vary between runs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@aibradar.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We may update these terms. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
